Forbidden Tears

My tears are forbidden

I cannot cry

Emotions are forgotten

I lay on a path of lies.

Deprived of the truth

I was stripped of futures

Trained to be a promoter of death

Endless days of tortures.

Forced to stay here forever

My smile is fake

Lies topple together

My life they freely take.

My words mean nothing

They are merely sounds

I'm only an object, a something

My smile is out of bounds.

Having nothing to live for

I have nothing to protect

They claim I'm rotten to the core

I can never object.

I thought someone would save me

Those people, they never come

One day they'd stop beating me

At times, but only some.

My smile is a lie

The path I chose was wrong

I can never cry

How I've waited so long.

Behind my eyes lie no emotion

I have no tears, for they are dry

If you hit me, I make no motion

For so long, I've wanted to die.

But now there's something out there for me...

I'll play their game...my way

Please don't ever be fooled by me

For if you are weak, you're going away.
